Voto en el exterior es un derecho constitucional

El partido de la Liberación Dominicana ha venido incidiendo en las decisiones del pleno de la JCE para impedir el voto del dominicano del exterior. Haciéndose visible cuando el organismo electoral introdujo el artículo 35 del reglamento de la ley 33-18 (Ley de partidos políticos), donde estableció que dejaba la organización de las primarias internas en el exterior en mano de los partidos, favoreciendo de esta manera al partido oficialista.

El rechazo que tiene el partido de gobierno entre los dominicanos que residimos en el exterior, es de tal magnitud, que ha desarrollado un anti-PLD, demostrado en los pasados procesos electorales del 2012 y 2016, donde el presidente Danilo Medina perdió de manera vergonzosa de la oposición en la circunscripción uno del exterior, la cual es la que concentra la mayor cantidad de electores con el 67% aproximadamente de todos los del exterior que somos cerca de 600 mil.

Ahora juegan a la pandemia (COVID 19) y aplicando el pasó de la tortuga en los trámites burocráticos con los gobiernos donde se vota en Ultramar. Y quien sabe si haciendo lovismo para incidir en los gobiernos donde se desarrolla el Voto?, para que se niegue el permiso de ejercer el derecho que nos corresponde como ciudadano de elegir y ser elegido y en el caso de los que residimos en el exterior, contemplado en la Constitución del 2010.
